Authentic Irish Coffee Recipe

INGREDIENTS - Makes 1 Serving

Coffee

• 1 Measure of Irish Whiskey (Scotch Whiskey is OK)
• 1 Teaspoon of Sugar - Brown or White
• 1 Cup Hot Black Strong Coffee

Topping

• 1 Heaped Teaspoon of Fresh Whipped Cream (Not Synthetic Cream)

PREPERATION

• Using a pre warmed heat proof glass mug, add the measure of Whiskey together with the sugar. Stir in the Hot Black Strong Coffee to the top of the glass.
• Float the Whipped Cream On Top
• DO NOT stir the coffee after adding the cream - Drink the coffee through the cream
