Costa Coffee, the UK's fastest growing retailer, is launching a new and improved range of iced drinks for summer. The popular Frescato iced blended drinks will be available in eight refreshing flavours to cater for every taste - creamy, fruity or plain indulgent.
To reflect its coffee excellence, Costa will offer their Espresso coffee Frescato made with its own superior blend of espresso coffee - so you can still get a caffeine kick when the summer months do not call for a steaming hot latte or espresso - Customers even have the choice of ordering a decaf option!
If you are watching your waistline this summer, Costa is also introducing four new low fat options available in their creamy range including Espresso Coffee, Raspberry, Caramel and Vanilla.
Costa's Marketing Manager, Kevin Hydes, commented: Flavoured iced drinks, especially iced coffee, are already extremely popular across Europe and make up a high percentage of total beverage sales during the summer months. Cafe culture in the UK is having a huge impact on UK consumers so we have taken the step to introduce a wider choice including a new Espresso Coffee recipe into this years range, which I am sure will go down very well with our customers.
The Frescato range is set to go live in-store with a young and trendy look from June 2006. The full range includes;
- CREAMY (Available in original or low fat)
- Vanilla Caramel Raspberry Espresso Coffee (decaf option)
- INDULGENT Double Choc Flake Mocha (made with espresso)
- FRUITY Summer Berries Mango
