Creamy Irish Coffee Recipe
INGREDIENTS - Makes 4 Servings
Coffee

4 Cups of Hot Fresh Black Strong Coffee

1/4 Cup Sugar - Brown or White

1/2 Cup Irish Whiskey (Scotch Whiskey or Bourbon is OK)
Topping

1 Cup Fresh Whipping Cream (Not Synthetic Cream)

2 Tablespoons of Sugar - Brown or White

2 Tablespoons of Irish Whiskey
PREPERATION

Coffee

Put 4 cups of Hot Fresh Black Coffee in saucepan

Add 1/4 Cup of Sugar

Add 1/2 Cup of Irish Whiskey

Heat thoroughly but DO NOT Boil

Pour coffee into four heatproof glass mugs or goblets

Spoon flavoured cream on top

DO NOT stir the coffee after adding the cream- Drink the coffee through the cream
