Tea, in the true sense of the word, is a beverage made from the leaves of the Camellia Sinensis tea bush that is
cultivated in some three-dozen countries around the world.
Herbal teas, often referred to as infusions or tisanes, are made from the leaves, bark, berries, flowers, roots,
seeds and stems of a variety of different herbs. Herbal teas are fragrant and tasty beverages that have been used
for hundreds of years for their medicinal properties. As well as being flavoursome, refreshing and invigorating,
these natural teas do not contain caffeine, fluoride or tannin and are seen as a healthier alternative to tea
produced from the Camellia Sinensis bush.
