What happens when you cannot decide if you want to drink green tea or black tea? Although the middle ground is normally the area of those who just cannot commit, when it comes to tea drinking, finding the middle ground is no vice because there is Oolong. The word comes from the Chinese, meaning 'Black Dragon' and there are a dozen legends surrounding the origin of the name. One thing that is certainly no myth is just how very fine this tea is.
Regardless of what some folks may think, white tea is not black tea with too much milk added to it. Instead, the name refers to leaves that are picked from the same plant as green tea, but which undergo a very different process. It begins with the rolled buds of the Camellia Sinensis plant, but suffers no oxidation.
